These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Diesel Win, an online casino and sportsbook operated by Win Top Ltd and licensed under a Curacao offshore licence. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

Who May Play

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Diesel Win. We do not knowingly accept players who are under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to players from certain countries or territories where online gambling is prohibited or where we are unable to offer our services lawfully. If your country is on our restricted list, you are not permitted to open an account.

Identity Verification

We are required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where relevant, proof of payment method. This process helps us prevent fraud, money laundering and underage gambling. We may request verification at any stage, and failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in delays or the suspension of your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal at Diesel Win are each £25. We accept a range of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE and USDT). Withdrawal requests are typically processed in up to 3 hours, though the time funds take to reach you may vary depending on your chosen method. We do not guarantee processing times and accept no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Bonuses and Promotions

Diesel Win offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome package and ongoing offers for casino, sportsbook, VIP and crypto players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. Our welcome offer carries a wagering requirement of 40 times (x40) the bonus amount and must be met within the stated time limit. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time.

Account Suspension and Fraud

We take fraud, abuse and collusion seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an account is being used fraudulently, that a player has provided false information, or that our bonus terms are being abused, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close that account. In such cases, any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation. We may also report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling

We are committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control, including deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion options. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting you or someone you know, we encourage you to use these tools or seek help from an independent support organisation. To request self-exclusion or activate any responsible gambling feature, please contact our support team.

Changes to These Terms

Win Top Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you in advance — for example, by email or by displaying a notice on the site. Your continued use of Diesel Win following notification of any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend that you review this page regularly.
